Mr. Sense [Meta]

Name: Ryan Tribbiani

Alias: Mr. Sense

Race: Human

Hero or Villain: Hero

Items: A bat (as in: a baseball bat).

Origin: Ryan Tribbiani is 62 years old. His uncle, who was very close to Ryan, was blinded in a car-accident. This lead Ryan to grow up wanting to somehow cure physical ailments of that genre: blindness, deafness, ect. He went to college and studied many essays and theories about the senses. Ryan came up with a theory for his dissertation: that these senses were not nullified from individuals, but that the ability to sense was decreased to the extent that it seemed that way. Therefore, his hypothesis was that one could cure any level of blindness or deafness or what have you if one simply found a way to amplify those senses, which would combat the ailment.
Though his paper presented interesting concepts, after graduation, no scientific community would head his work. They thought there were too many inconsistencies in his theory, and that he lacked the education and experience to make such claims. They were right.
Ryan then proceeded to do amateur experiments on his own, without funding. When he felt confident enough, he tried a mutating remedy he made on his uncle. The remedy nearly killed his uncle, leaving him in a coma for several years. Thinking he would never again regain consciousness, Ryan tried the remedy on himself in great excess, believing he deserved the same or worse fate he brought his uncle. However, the remedy worked perfectly on him.... so perfectly that the excess he took provided him with his superhuman senses.
Eventually, his uncle awoke and regained health, but was still blind. With further research, Ryan found out that the remedy he made mutated cells and would only work on specific genetic codes. This is why it worked on Ryan: because he was his own DNA-sample for his limited research. Because of this, Ryan knew it would be impossible to mass-produce a remedy that required specific DNA-samples of each and every individual person for it to work on, even with infinite funding. So, he turned his focus elsewhere.
With the emerging supers sprouting about, Ryan uses his senses and martial-arts training he started to help watch over the world and its prosperity in the drastically changing universe. His primary goal is to seek those out with powers or hero-tier abilities and aid them to fit in to the world.... and form a group of those who will protect the world of those looking for trouble.

Powers:  Mr. Sense has his 5 senses incredibly enhanced.  
Sight:
He can see incredibly far and clearly, with attention to detail; with focus, he can see microscopically or directly through objects, or from even larger distances (these will cause notable exertion compared to just range/detail seeing).
Sound:
Sounds can be heard from miles and miles away that would otherwise not be heard within even half a mile; with focus, he can hear entire conversations, even in whispers, from huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge distances away (causes exertion).
Smell:
Similar to sound, Mr. Sense smells very acutely, and can passively pick up even the most minute subtleties (marinara sauce on your breath from days and days ago, or smells from miles and miles away); with focus, nothing much more occurs.  Smell is his weakest sense, compared to the others, and does not get much better than that.
Taste:
Can taste exactly every ingredient of anything, including toxic substances, with less than a drop of evidence.  idk.  He can do it at limited ranges, too, I guess.
Touch
Mr. Sense can feel heat from miles away, or other things that you usually have to touch in order to feel.  He can even feel someone's pulse, discerning information about their physical state in such a way and cool things like that.  With focus, the range and detail increases to even the must subtle of details at vast ranges; he can also react to punches and the like much quicker because of this heightened sense, making him an effortless master at physical combat (causes exertion).

As far as weaknesses are concerned, one might be thinking "sensory overload!" right?  Well, yes, but that can only happen when Mr. Sense takes his powers to the extreme, exerting himself and his body.  This adds to the risk of him going beyond what his powers passively/standardly do.
